Individual registration are only allowed when your participation has been approved by your national agency.

Once you have entered your personal details and clicked the submit button your are registred. You will receive a mail with a registration key. With this key you can come back to your registration form at any time to add aditional information (e.g. travel details etc) or to change your details.
